I am deeply entrenched in your blog. I have an 11 month old and my husband and I are francophiles. We've visited paris and fell in love there. Actually, our son was conceived there! :) Anyway, I've read Bringing up Bebe and French Kids Eat Everything and want to incorporate your four course meal recommendations into our daily life, but I'm overwhelmed. I come from an Italian background and am desiring the French method :) Can you tell me of a good beginner cookbook (or do you have a cookbook that is coming out that I could get my hands on?) I need the basics, such as...all the purees you make...a lot of them say potato. Is it common for the French to make purees with potato much of the time? Can you give a basic recipe for that and is it plain russet potatoes? I want to really give our family a chance at this but feel overwhelmed on how to cook this way (because it's so foreign to me!). Thanks for any recommendations and help! I'm scouring your blog to learn as much as I can! A Bientot!Catiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10749953804052499980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2608453858188924741.post-78598150276027505002016-06-23T01:46:54.904-07:002016-06-23T01:46:54.904-07:00Loved this sauce. I put the leftovers on my mashed potatoes.....amazing!!!!!
